As a shareholder in AFC Welwyn, you are a part-owner of the club and have a voice in how it's managed.
We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once every year, along with Special General Meetings (SGMs) at various points throughout the year. These meetings help keep communication open between the Board of Directors and our shareholders. Details about all upcoming meetings can be found below.
Every AFC Welwyn shareholder has the right to run for a position on the Board of Directors, and to vote for the candidates they believe should represent the fans. you can find details of nominating yourself as a Director on the "Director Application" page on this website.
Directors elected to the board meet monthly to review and discuss issues concerning the club. Once the minutes from these meetings are approved, they will be published on this website.
